These are the very first edition of these dolls; before they were available to the public.
Purple came out in 1997. Yellow came out in 1998.
Condition is "New". These are in PRISITNE condition. They have been stored safely in a closed box by themselves since 1997. Family member original owner. Family member was an Avon Representative. When these dolls came out, Avon informed them that these dolls would not be available to the public. Family member even still has the advertisement flyer that explains that (which is included with this listing). The second doll (the yellow clothed one) did not have an advertisement made for it, just the purple clothed one). However, Avon changed their mind, since they didn't sell as many to the representatives as they had hoped, and made them available to the public.
