ilver ornate Persian Islamic incense censer lidded and footed box with a dove finial. It measures 2 1/8" high without the lid (3.5" tall to the tip of the finial), and weight 221 Grams. This beautiful piece is not hallmarked, but it was successfully
tested silver with silver test kit. As shown on the photos, there is a dented bump on the side. Also, although i
t closes very tightly, it is a little bit difficult to put the lid back it place once open, due to a bent rim (not a big deal).
Please note that this item is personalized and it reads on the edge of the lid "FROM MR & MRS. A. J. HEMI TO MOZELLE LEVY".
