Vintage WWII era Birthday Greeting Card with Mock Ration Card

$ 4.75

Description

Fun birthday greeting card from the World War II years that reflects the era perfectly. The card refers to gasoline rationing and includes a "good luck ration card" filled with good luck stamps to tear out (clear reference to the common ration stamps for scarce items in use at that time).
The stamps in the little booklet were not torn out and are in perfect condition. The card has a light bend but is bright and clean. It was pasted in to a scrapbook and so the rear panel has a tear from removal. The tear does not affect the inner panels.
The little ration card has the recipient's name filled in and the card is signed by the senders.
The card measures 4.75" x 5.75".
Ships with USPS First Class.
