World War 2 V Mail - Official ENVO Letters – Vintage Stationery – Hard to find

Up for sale is a pack of unused World War 2 V Mail “Envo Letters”. For those who are not familiar with World War II “V Mail” – this was a way the U.S. Military would shrink the size of both incoming and outgoing mail to servicemen and women. V-Mail would use a small self-contained letter/envelope which would be mailed by the family to the serviceman loved one. Then, the military member would use a small reply letter, which would be put thru a machine, which would shrink the return letter and they had matching little envelopes. I am currently selling a set of 5 of these as of this the time of this this listing so check my other items if you wish to see what the return V mail looks like. This unused item measures 6.25” w x 9.5” h.
