क्रिस्प द्वारा मेघालय सरकार को शासकीय आई.टी.आई. के उन्नयन में तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है| इसके अन्तर्गत क्रिस्प द्वारा श्रम निदेशालय रोज़गार और शिल्पकार प्रशिक्षण विभाग के 10 आई.टी.आई. में 28 ट्रेड के प्रशिक्षकों, सहायक कर्मचारियों को तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है एवं प्रधानाध्यापकों एवं श्रम विभाग के अधिकारियों तकनीकी विश्लेषण और प्रशिक्षण की कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग की जा रही है |
इस कार्यशाला का मुख्य उद्देश्य शासकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों (आई.टी.आई.) के प्रबंधन को सुचारू रूप से चलाने व कार्यप्रणाली को बेहतर बनाना है जिससे प्रशिक्षकों के साथ-साथ विद्यार्थियों का भी कौशल उन्नयन हो सके एवं वे रोज़गार के उन्नत अवसर प्राप्त कर सकें |
इस कार्यशाला में विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा विभिन्न विषयों पर सत्र आयोजित किए जाएंगे | कार्यशाला के प्रथम दिन लाइफ कोच श्री सुमित साहनी द्वारा प्रधानाध्यापकों से उनके जीवन और कार्यक्षेत्र के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा कर उन्हें मनोविज्ञान के सिद्धांत और संव्यवहार विश्लेषण के बारे में बताया गया |

क्रिस्प के प्रबन्ध संचालक श्री श्रीकांत पाटिल ने बताया की तकनीकी विश्लेषण और प्रशिक्षण प्रशिक्षण के द्वरा प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को उनके क्षेत्र में अद्यतन टेक्नोलॉजी और उद्योगों की आवश्यकताओं से अवगत कराया जाएगा ताकि वे अपने विद्यार्थिओं को और अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर सकें |

TRAINING CALENDAR 2017-18
A Training Calendar is prepared in each financial year after getting it approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of NERIWALM. It has been widely circulated to all concerned. Also uploaded in the website of NERIWALM and linked with website of Ministry of Water Resources, RD & GR, Govt. of India. Normally about 60 (sixty) programmes are planned which also includes seminar, workshop, conferences etc. NERIWALM has proved its existence as a Regional Centre of Training in water and land management in NE Region of the country. Since its transfer to the Ministry of Water Resources during April, 2012, number of training programmes conducted by NERIWALM has been increased as depicted in the following table and figure.
Training calendar for the year 2018-19 is also approved by the TAC. A total of 65 programmes have been planned during 2018-19 in conformity with the target projected in the EFC of HRD & CB under Ministry of Water Resources, RD & GR. Emphasis has been given to conduct at least two programmes in each of the 15 aspirational districts of NE Region. Training for Women group has also been proposed to reduce the gender gap. Training for non-technical officers of Ministry of Water Resources, RD & GR will also be orgnaised. Following are the brief account of the programmes in terms of types of programmes (Off-campus/In-campus), and subject of the programmes etc.

Off-campus programmes : 25 Nos.
